AirAsia is to launch flights between its hub in Kuala Lumpur and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The flights from Kuala Lumpur to King Abdul Aziz International Airport, Jeddah will commence on 16 February 2013. The route will initially operate 3 flights weekly from 16 February to 30 April 2013, increasing to 4 flights weekly from 1 May 2013 onwards.
