81. BOC Aviation Orders Five More Airbus A321s
BOC Aviation, a Singapore-based global aircraft leasing company, has placed a firm order for five more Airbus A321 aircraft in addition to an order announced in January for 30 A320 Family aircraft which included 15 A321s (eight A321neo and seven A321ceo).

Spirit Airlines has finalised a purchase agreement with Airbus for 100 A320neo Family aircraft. The two companies signed a MOU in October for the purchase of up to 100 aircraft – a mix of A319neo, A320neo, and A321neo – to meet the airline’s future fleet requirements.
85. Airbus Reports Increase in Commercial Aircraft Deliveries in June
Airbus delivered 36 commercial aircraft in June 2020, an increase on the 24 delivered in May and 14 in April. The 36 aircraft comprised of one A220-300 to Air Canada and 31 A320neo Family aircraft including the first A320neo to China Express and first A321neo to VivaAerobús. Four A350-900s were delivered, two to Iberia, and one each to Air France and SAS.
86. Middle East Airlines Orders 10 Airbus Aircraft
Middle East Airlines-Air Liban (MEA), the flag carrier of Lebanon, has signed a firm contract for ten Airbus A320neo Family aircraft (five A321neo and five A320neo aircraft). MEA has not yet unveiled its engine choice.
87. Airbus Delivered 72 Aircraft in October
Airbus delivered a total of 72 aircraft in October 2020. Deliveries comprised 12 A220 (including the first A220-300 to Delta Air Lines), 43 A320 Family (with SAS and Titan Airways taking delivery of their first A321neo), four A330s (including the first A330-800 delivered to Kuwait Airways), 12 A350s and one A380.
88. Vietjet Orders 30 More Airbus A321s
Vietjet has placed a firm order with Airbus for the purchase of 30 more A321s (9 A321ceo and 21 A321neo). Vietjet first took to the skies at the end of 2011 and now operates a fleet of 29 A320 Family aircraft including three A321s, on a network covering Vietnam and a growing number of destinations across Asia. The airline has now placed firm orders with Airbus for a total of 99 A32
