The Federation of Oceania Rugby Unions has confirmed that the Papua New Guinea Rugby Football Union (PNGRFU) will host the 2011 Oceania Cup to be held in Port Moresby, between 29 November and 8 December 2011. The nations set to compete in the Oceania Cup are American Samoa, Cook Islands, New Caledonia, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tahiti, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.

VietJet carried three million passengers in the first seven months of 2014, a 182% increase in capacity year-on-year. The airline, which recently expanded its fleet to 15 Airbus A320 aircraft, has now carried 7.4 million customers, since December 2011, on a total of over 18,500 safe flights.

With the new additional flight frequencies, flights between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore has been increased from 11x daily to 12x daily starting 30 October 2011, and then 13x daily from 15 December 2011.
