Alaska Airlines has launched daily nonstop services from Seattle to Philadelphia, and will introduce new seasonal services between Anchorage and Kona, Hawaii Island, from 10 November 2012. The Philadelphia services will depart Seattle at 08:35 daily, arriving in Philadelphia at 16:55. Flights to Seattle will depart Philadelphia at 17:55 daily, and arrive in Seattle at 21:10.

Bombardier Aerospace has signed a five-year agreement under its Q400 Smart Parts program with Eurolot S.A. of Warsaw, Poland. Following the first delivery of Eurolot’s Q400 NextGen aircraft in May 2012, the parties finalized a Smart Parts agreement which is customized to the airline’s specific operational requirements.
