Boingo Wireless has signed a network access agreement with SK Telecom, a leading wireless communications operator in South Korea.

Boingo customers will have access to more than 75,000 SK Telecom hotspots in airports, hotels, convention centers, restaurants and office locations across the country.

Boingo’s roaming partners, including Wi2, BT Openzone and Orange France, can also extend network access to their customers, providing seamless roaming options for international travelers.

“SK Telecom has long been a pioneer in the mobile industry, and has built an advanced wireless network throughout Korea,” said Allen Pan, director of Asia Pacific for Boingo Wireless. “SK Telecom is an ideal partner to help us extend our coverage and alleviate exorbitant data roaming charges for our customers visiting and living in the region.”
