173. Aer Lingus Cuts Commissions in Australia
Aer Lingus has advised the travel industry that from 1 January 2013, the base commission level for all tickets issued in Australia will be dropped from 5% to 0%. In order to claim the existing base commission of 5%, bookings must be ticketed prior to 1 January 2013. All bookings issued by agents on or after this date will be affected by the commission change.
