137. Aviation: RPKs Down 65.4% in April
IATA's data for April 2021 shows that demand for air travel, measured in revenue passenger kilometers (RPKs), was down 65.4% when compared to April 2019. That is an improvement on the 66.9% decline recorded in March 2021 versus March 2019. The better performance was driven by gains in most domestic markets.
