Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa to launch new MICE brochure at IT&CMA in Bangkok next month

Travel News Asia 4 September 2002

Newly refurbished Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa will participate in the forthcoming ITC&MA event scheduled to be held from 23 to 25 October, 2002 at the IMPACT Convention Centre in Bangkok, Thailand.

The resort will participate under the umbrella of Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) at booth number #400, and the resort’s participation is geared towards expanding its MICE business segment.

Hilton Hua Hin is confident that their participation in ITC&MA 2002 will generate positive response from the buyers and trade visitors. It will also provide them with a solid opportunity to meet up with the various meetings, incentive and event organizers, both regionally and internationally, to update and showcase the newly refurbished property and the beach side resort town of Hua Hin.

It also supports efforts by the Tourism Authority of Thailand to make Thailand as the premier destination in Asia for MICE.

“Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa has the largest ballroom in Hua Hin and we have superior products and facilities to share with corporate buyers, agents, airlines and other trade delegates who are participating in this year’s MICE event. With each of our guestrooms enjoying a superb view of the ocean, new restaurants, a world class spa and fully upgraded leisure and recreational facilities that is professionally managed by Siam Adventure Club, Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is ready to aggressively tap on the MICE market for this year and beyond,” said its general manager, Dirk De Cuyper.

Corporate buyers and trade visitors will be able to obtain copies of the new MICE brochure and CD-Rom of Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa which will be distributed during the event.

The colourful brochure highlights detailed information on the various MICE services offered by the resort ranging from accommodation arrangement, transfers, conference co-ordination, incentive programme, golf, off-site arrangements to even entertainment and team building activities.

Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa, which is just 10 minutes away from the Hua Hin Airport and 2 1/2 hours away by road from the cosmopolitan city of Bangkok, is dubbed as one of seven magnificent destinations on the west coast of Thailand.
