Singapore Airlines increases Bali services to meet departure demand

With effect from tonight (14 October 2002) until 21 October 2002, Singapore Airlines (SIA) will operate a fifth daily service to and from Bali to help meet the current high demand for flights out of Bali. The additional service will depart from Bali at 2230hrs each day.

With this change, SIA's flight departures to and from Bali will be as follows:-

Singapore to Denpasar-Bali Denpasar-Bali to Singapore
SQ 140 - 0545 hrs     SQ 141 - 0915 hrs
SQ 142 - 0935 hrs     SQ 143 - 1305 hrs
SQ 146 - 1400 hrs     SQ 147 - 1725 hrs
SQ 148 - 1640 hrs     SQ 149 - 2000 hrs
SQ 150 - 1900 hrs     SQ 145 - 2230 hrs

SIA will waive any airline-related fees for customers who cancel, defer or change their travel plans to Bali. Those who have made bookings on package tours, however, should ask their tour operator if cancellation fees will apply.

Additional staff have been sent to Bali to assist SIA customers who wish to change their travel arrangements and depart earlier than originally planned.
