MARRIOTT REWARDSâ FORMS PARTNERSHIP WITH EMIRATES AND SRI LANKAN AIRLINES

Now receive UNLIMITED Skywards Miles at over 1,800 Marriott hotels worldwide

Marriott Rewards announces a new relationship with Emirates and Sri Lankan Airlines allowing members to earn an unlimited number of Skywards Miles toward free air travel when choosing any of nine Marriott hotel brands. With Emirates and Sri Lankan Airlines, Marriott Rewards offers miles on a total of 40 airlines worldwide.

Effective immediately, Marriott Rewards members can earn Skywards Miles for each U.S. dollar spent at over 1,800 hotels in 55 countries worldwide. To do so, travelers need only contact their local Marriott Rewards Guest Services Office or visit marriottrewards.com prior to a given stay to designate Skywards as their airline program of choice.

As an added bonus, travelers who are not yet members of Marriott Rewards will earn 500 bonus Skywards Miles when joining Marriott’s frequent guest program for free and designating Emirates or Sri Lankan Airlines as their preferred airline partner through September 30, 2000.

As “Airline of the Year” for the third consecutive year, Emirates has won over 190 international awards for excellence, and serves over 50 destinations worldwide with a modern fleet of B777 and A330 aircraft. Sri Lankan Airlines flies to 33 destinations in 26 countries, including new routes to Europe and Australia. The airline has invested in a modern fleet of A330-200s, all of which will feature the new livery that reflects its position as a modern and progressive airline.

Marriott Rewards members designating these latest partners as their airline program of choice will earn:

Three (3) Skywards Miles per U.S. dollar spent at:

In the Middle East and Asia-Pacific alone, program members may now earn either program points or frequent flyer mileage at 84 hotels; accumulate miles in Skywards, British Airways Executive Clubă, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles and 16 other frequent flyer programs; and earn free vacations faster by converting American Express Membership Rewards points into Marriott Rewards points.
