Qi Spa to open at The Marco Polo Omni Saigon, Vietnam

The Marco Polo Omni Saigon is to open a new luxury spa, Qi Spa. Scheduled to open in July 2004, the spa will be over 810 square meters and is part of a continuing upgrade program at The Marco Polo Omni Saigon. The total investment for the Qi Spa is estimated at US$500,000.

The Qi Spa will cater to both male and female hotel guests and visitors, with daily opening hours from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm. The facilities and services available include: Swedish Dry Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi, relaxing area with outdoor pool, a full range of massage facilities including Vietnamese massage, four or six hands massage, and a shopping boutique with exclusive Shiseido products and Qi Cuisine.

The launching of the Qi Spa is in cooperation with Viet Artical Co., Ltd., the sole distributor of Shiseido beauty care products in Vietnam. Viet Artical Co., Ltd. is also the operator of 3 Qi Spa's in Vietnam such as Qi Spa in Ho Chi Minh City, Qi Spa at Vinpearl Resort in Nha Trang and Qi Spa in Hanoi. "We are confident that our partnership with The Marco Polo Omni Saigon will be a great success and we plan to open more luxury Spas in Danang, Halong Bay and Phan Thiet, all in Vietnam" according to Ms. Le Hoai Anh, President of Viet Artical Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Shiseido Japan is responsible for the design of the Qi Spa at The Marco Polo Omni Saigon. The concept will focus on a relaxing tropical atmosphere with contemporary design details such as fresh flowers, streaming water and the application of natural materials including marble and wood.
