Michelle Ryan, one of the most experienced administration executives in
the Australian travel industry, will join Concorde International in Melbourne,
commencing on 10 May.
Ms Ryan announced yesterday her departure from Jetset Travelworld
where she worked for 18 years, many of them as executive assistant to Mr
Peter Watson – who will also join Concorde in May, as General Manager of
the Concorde International Agency Group.
“Michelle and Peter have worked together closely for many years at a high
level in the retail travel industry, and we are delighted that they will both be
joining us,” said Mr Russell Carstensen, Concorde’s General Manager, Air
Tickets Wholesale.
“Michelle brings to Concorde extensive experience in agency network
management, and has strong relationships throughout the Australian travel
industry,” said Mr Carstensen.
“She will work again with Peter Watson, whose new role will be to develop
means of improving service to CIAG agents, as well as expanding the group’s membership.” |
