KLM to resume flights to Atlanta

Travel News Asia 4 June 2004

KLM is to begin operating daily roundtrip services between Amsterdam and Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on September 15, 2004.

The resumption of services on this route was initially scheduled for October 31, but has now been brought forward by a month and a half. KLM will collaborate with Northwest on the route, using Boeing 767-300ER equipment.

KLM discontinued service to Atlanta shortly after September 11, 2001, owing to a sharp decline in traffic on the route.
