JIA offers Hong Kong Residents special summer rates

JIA, Hong Kong’s new Philippe Starck-designed boutique hotel located in the buzzing Causeway Bay shopping and entertainment district, is now offering Hong Kong Residents the opportunity to chill out in the chic designer guest rooms at special summer rates.

From now until August 31, 2004, Hong Kong Residents can take advantage of the rate of only HK$895++ for a Studio and HK$1,295++ for a One-Bedroom Suite at JIA boutique hotel apartments. Guests must present a valid Hong Kong ID Card upon check-in to enjoy the rate.

Rates are inclusive of Continental breakfast and evening wine in the chic Lobby, use of the nearby California Fitness gym, free local phone calls and in-room broadband facilities.

Every guest room at JIA features a fully equipped kitchen complete with tableware and cookware. The ultra-sleek Arabescato cor marble-finished bathroom features contemporary designer fixtures and luxury toiletries. Top of the range audio-visual equipment, including a flat screen television that revolves 180 degrees, surround sound system and DVD/VCD home theatre unit, and free broadband connectivity are just some of the high-tech features guests will enjoy during their stay.

Philippe Starck’s famous designs are abundant to the eye throughout JIA. In the guest rooms, the space is clearly defined into living, dining and working areas with the use of sheer curtains and separate kitchen and bathroom.

Additional stylish facilities at JIA include a 2nd floor sundeck and podium where guests can entertain or just enjoy the outdoors, or even have a barbeque. For those who wish to conduct business, the conference room is equipped with flat-screen television, audio-visual support, telephone and wireless broadband connectivity. 

All rates are subject to 10% Service Change and prevailing Government Tax (currently 3%).
