Sietske Meerloo appointed PR and Communications Manager at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Dubai

Sietske Meerloo has returned to Dubai after a spell in Brussels and has taken up the reins as PR and communication manager at Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina.

A Dutch national with a command of English, French and German, Sietske trained at Hospitality and Catering Management, later gaining a degree in hotel administration at the Institute of Hospitality Management in Maastricht.

Her first major posting was at the Sheraton Doha where she joined as banquet sales coordinator before moving on to Dubai to join the Radisson SAS regional office in a regional public relations and marketing role.

After nearly three years in this role, Meerloo moved on to Rezidor SAS head office in Belgium, gaining pr experience at corporate and international levels.

Meerloo said: “It was interesting to witness the impact that Dubai is having on the outbound tourism industry in Europe, and I am excited to come back here and enjoy a role where I can be part of this.

“Le Meridien Mina Seyahi has a prime location on the Jumeirah beachfront at the hub of the Dubai marina and Palm Island developments, and also boasts a reputation as a lively and innovative hotel that caters for both leisure and business,” she said.
