SALA Samui appoints Omapatt Director of Sales

Travel News Asia 18 February 2004

The SALA Samui Resort and Spa in Koh Samui, southern Thailand, has appointed Mr. Omapatt Nuntapanish as Director of Sales.

Omapatt has held several senior sales management positions and was most recently Director of Sales for the Hua Hin Marriot Resort and Spa. Originally from Koh Samui, Omapatt achieved his degree in Hospitality Management from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.

General Manager of the resort, Brian Moodie said, "We are thrilled to have such a well known and experienced Director of Sales join our pre-opening SALA Samui team"

The SALA Samui Resort and Spa is a luxurious new private pool villa resort in Koh Samui, Thailand, scheduled to open in October 2004.

Located on idyllic Choeng Mon Beach, SALA Samui consists of 69 stylish Thai villas, 53 of which have their own private swimming pools. Stunning Thai architecture and an innovative design complement the resort's peaceful seaside setting. Two attractive resort swimming pools enhance SALA Samui's 80 meter beachfront.

The SALA Spa pampers guests with 4 indoor air-conditioned couples treatment rooms, and 4 additional outdoor massage salas, floating in a lotus pond surrounding the beachfront lap swimming pool.

Moodie explains, "SALA Samui will provide guests with a very high level of warm, personalized service, in an environment that offers an abundance of personal private space (and a swimming pool) in each Pool Villa."
