Khaldoun Hayajneh appointed General Manager of the Petra Marriott Hotel

Khaldoun Hayajneh has been appointed as the new General Manager of the Petra Marriott Hotel.

The Petra Marriott Hotel is located at one of the most famous archeological sites in the World, built 8000 years ago. Concealed within the quiet magnificent mountains in the red rose desert, Petra is one of Jordans national treasures and by far its best known tourist attraction.

Khaldoun will bring an abundance of knowledge to his new position. He has spent the last 14 years of his hotel career with International Hotel Chains. He has held various management positions at department head and Executive Levels in Jordan, Qatar, Belgium, Hong Kong and lastly in Venezuela and Panama in South America.

Of Jordanian origin and with dual citizenship, he holds both the Jordanian and the Venezuelan nationalities. He is a graduate of the Hotel Management School in Glion, Switzerland. In addition to his Arabic native language Khaldoun speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently.
