Virgin Atlantic offers Upper Class passengers 'Life Coaching'

Travel News Asia 1 October 2004

Virgin Atlantic is working with the Fiona Harrold Consultancy to offer its Upper Class passengers ‘Life Coaching’ in its Heathrow Clubhouse. Everyday in October, Upper Class passengers can take advantage of a complimentary 30 minute session with an experienced life coach before they take their Virgin Atlantic flight.

Life coaching is a set of techniques and strategies to help people achieve their goals and is the fastest growing method of personal and professional success in the world.

Dee Cooper, Head of Product for Virgin Atlantic commented: “We are delighted to offer this unique service to Upper Class passengers in October. This is the first in a series of ‘feel good’ services that we are planning to introduce in the coming months.

“We are always looking at ways to enhance the Clubhouse experience for our passengers and whether they have a hair cut, a massage, their shoes shined or simply wish to sample the menu and relax, we think there is something for everyone to enjoy.”

Fiona Harrold of Fiona Harrold Consultancy added, “We are delighted to be working with Virgin Atlantic to offer their passengers ‘Life Coaching’ before they fly. Life Coaching helps people take better control of their lives and develop practical ways to achieve more of their goals.

“We are sure that Virgin Atlantic passengers will enjoy these sessions and benefit from speaking to some of the country’s leading life coaches.”

Upper Class passengers can pre-book a 30 minute complimentary session by contacting the Clubhouse before they fly. It is also possible to book an appointment on arrival at the Clubhouse pending availability.
