Travel News Asia 3 March 2003

Raffles Hotel evokes a new sensuality by being one of the first hotels in Singapore to ever offer its residents an opportunity to select their preferred designer toiletries, with the launch of Sensory Indulgence.

Available from 1 April 2003, residents who book this Sensory Indulgence package will be able to select their personal range of luxury amenities such as bath and shower gel, body lotion and perfume from a choice of eight designer labels including Burberry, Bvlgari, Calvin Klein, Carolina Herrera, Dolce & Gabbana, Hermes, Issey Miyake and Nina Ricci.

This exceptional package, priced at S$2,500, plus service charge and taxes, for 2 persons, also comes with a three-night stay in a luxurious Palm Court Suite overlooking the lush tropical gardens, daily buffet breakfast at the Tiffin Room, a dinner at the Raffles Grill, a full-body aromatherapy massage at the Amrita Spa, as well as arrival and departure transfers.

Mr Javier Rosenberg, General Manager of Raffles Hotel, said that this novel concept is part of the Hotel's continuing efforts in anticipating and exceeding the ever changing needs of the residents and patrons.

"It's about taking the time to experience the sensuality in everyday life; that's the essence of Sensory Indulgence. It's about individuality; creating and customizing a sensual experience, combining the freshness of the seductive fragrances and superb award-wining cuisine, enhanced by the  pampering, rejuvenation and relaxation of the body and mind, while immersing yourself in the impeccable and unique Raffles Style, shaped by legends and traditions, in an ideal setting that is elegant, tranquil, romantic and above all heavenly" said Mr Rosenberg.
