Furama Hotels & Resorts International to Open New Luxury Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam

Furama Hotels & Resorts International (FHRI) is expanding its presence in Vietnam with another luxury resort in the popular seaside town of Nha Trang.

The new Furama-managed resort, as it will be known, is being built to 5-star standards with 500 beach-style guestrooms, eight honeymoon villas and two presidential suites. The five storey island resort will also feature conference facilities for up to 1,000 guests, a range of international restaurants and bars, top name nightclub and discotheque, casino, beachfront swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, a marina and extensive spa facilities including a state-of-the-art gymnasium.

Meanwhile, top brand name operators such as Burwash International Tennis will be signed to provide a wide range of sports and water sports including scuba diving. Famed for its gorgeous beaches and turquoise waters, the area around Nha Trang is a popular destination for divers from all over the world. 

The resort is expected to soft open on 15 December 2003.

Paul Stoll, FHRI Operator Representative said, "The Furama-managed resort is going to set new standards of hospitality in South Central Vietnam. FHRI enjoys great success with its Caravelle Hotel, HCMC and the Furama Resort, Danang and is now in process to create another successful international resort in Nha Trang".
