Accor and its Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure brands launch 'Accor Travel Agents Rates'

Over 900 Accor hotels, under the Sofitel, Novotel and Mercure brands have together launched the Accor Travel Agents Rates.

The rates underline Accor's commitment to its distribution channels, and specifically to its travel agents, in offering hotel room nights at exceptional prices, so that the agents have a chance to improve their knowledge of the Accor hotel network.

Valid throughout the year, on an extensive selection of Accor hotels across the world, the Accor Travel Agents Rates offer comprises a reduction of up to 75% on double rooms (not including breakfast) with no minimum or maximum stay required.

There are three levels of discount - 25%, 50% and 75% on the rack rate, which vary subject to the time of year and the availability.

This promotion is distributed :

- via GDS, the access code for Accor hotels is " RT ", the code for the Accor Travel Agents Rates is " TR1 " for the 25% discount, " TVL " for the 50% discount and " TR3 " for the 75 % discount.

- Via Accor Reservation Services across the world - in France at 0825 88 00 00 (charged at 0.15 Euros per minute).

Examples of destinations include :

- Sofitel Costa do Sauipe, Bahia, Brazil - from 68 Euros instead of 272 Euros in a double room

- Sofitel Marrakech, Morocco - from 71 Euros, instead of 284 Euros in a double room

- Novotel Coralia Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt - from 82 Euros instead of 164 Euros in a double room

- Novotel Montréal Centre, Canada - from 80 Euros instead of 160 Euros in a double room

- Novotel Lisbonne, Portugal - from 36 Euros instead of 72 Euros in a double room 

- Mercure Créolia Coralia, Reunion - from 32 Euros, instead of 128 Euros in a double room

- Mercure Prague Centre - Czechoslovakia - from 53 Euros, instead of 212 Euros in a double room.

Conditions

IATA numbers must be specified at the time of reservation, and a business card must be presented on arrival at the hotel. Reservations are limited to 2 rooms per reservation and per holiday.
