Virgin Atlantic launches 'X-Rated' fare from Sydney to London

Virgin Atlantic Airways has introduced a special “X Rated” nett fare from just A$1,510 from Sydney to London, aboard its daily code share flight with Malaysia Airlines.

The deal also includes a free return side trip to one of nine destinations in the UK or Ireland – Manchester Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Teeside, Belfast, Dublin, Cork or Shannon.

The X-Fare, bookable in Virgin Atlantic’s X-Class, is for sale until 31 December, for departures from 13 January until 31 March 2004.

The low season level of A$1,510 nett is valid for departures from 13 January until 26 February; the shoulder season level of A$1,730 nett applies from 27 February until 25 March; and the high season fare of A$1,830 nett is valid from 26 - 31 March.

Domestic add-on fares are also available from Melbourne and Brisbane. Taxes are additional.
