Ana Mandara Resort and Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas have agreed to
further develop the Evason brand in Vietnam, it was announced on Friday 27
June 2003, at the signing ceremony of Ana Mandara Villas at Dalat – An
Evason Resort.
This follows the decision late last year to develop the Evason Hideaway at
Ana Mandara, a boutique villa complex at Ninh Van Bay which will be integrated into the Ana Mandara Resort operation. The project is due for
completion in late 2004.
Ana Mandara Resort is branded as An Evason Resort, with a Six Senses Spa
as a key feature.
Ana Mandara Villas at Dalat includes the renovation and re-development of
fifteen classic French colonial villas in Dalat. It will draw on the popularity of
Ana Mandara Resort and the marketing efforts that have made it such a success. The resort will have 50 keys, giving guests a unique and authentic
experience of Dalat.
As with Ana Mandara Resort – An Evason Resort, the Ana Mandara Villas at
Dalat, and Evason Hideway at Ana Mandra, are owned by Hai Duong Tourist
Company (HDTC) and managed by Bangkok-based Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas.
The name “ana mandara” in the ancient cham language of Vietnam means
“beautiful home for guests”. |
