Travel News Asia 17 March 2003

Eighteen premier residential condominium units located within the Evason Phuket Resort are being made available to buyers who yearn for a unique lifestyle on this world famous resort island in southern Thailand.

The Andaman Cove has a total of just twenty-nine residences. It sits on a multi-tiered slope and is architecturally designed in harmony with the  surroundings. To preserve the ambience, none of the buildings rise above the height of the coconut palms and many of the units have views to the Andaman Sea and nearby islands.

Several floor plans are available to suit specific lifestyle aspirations. One, two and three bedroom plans, from 95 m to 195 m. All have balconies with  varying aspects, with interiors reflecting the newly redesigned Evason Phuket Resort & Spa.

Owners of an Andaman Cove unit are offered all the complimentary privileges enjoyed by guests of the Evason Phuket Resort. These include  three swimming pools, tennis courts, gym facilities, sauna and steam rooms at the award-winning Six Senses Spa, and shuttle boat to the resorts exclusive beach on nearby Bon Island.

In addition, owners receive discounts of up to 20% at the restaurants and bars of the resort, and off other activities offered to guests. A 20% discount is also applicable to all a la carte services at the Six Senses Spa.

An option is offered to owners who would like to participate in a rental pool management package. The package includes guaranteed returns during the first two years, plus free use of their unit for up to sixty days each year.
