Thai Airways International Gives Customers A Chance to Try New Aircraft Seat

Thai Airways International Public Company Limited will display its new aircraft seats for Economy and Executive Class at its headquarters and Bangkok International Airport for passengers and the general public to try out. Their comments/suggestions will be included in the airlines consideration and decision making when selecting new aircraft seat.

Mr. Kanok Abhiradee, THAIs President said that THAI is in the process of selecting new aircraft seats for its Boeing 777-200 aircraft. In order to maximize passengers satisfaction, THAI plans to display the aircraft seats under consideration for installation in the Economy and Executive Class cabins at its headquarters on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road and Royal Executive Class lounge at Bangkok International Airport for comments from passengers and general public. THAI will ask passengers and the general public who try these seats to answer some questionnaires and their comments/suggestions will be included in the airlines consideration anddecision making when selecting the seats.

The seats will be displayed at the lobby lounge, building 1, THAIs headquarters, on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road during 15-29 January 2003 and at THAIs Royal Executive Lounge, Bangkok International Airport during 1-14 February 2003.
