Travel News Asia 14 February 2003

With its latest promotion, British Airways is offering discerning travellers flying from Hong Kong the opportunity to enjoy the additional space and comfort of it's unique World Traveller Plus premier economy cabin to London for just HK$9,500.

"With our latest offer, travellers can experience our more spacious and dedicated premier economy cabin, featuring wider seats built by German-based racing car seat designer Recaro, which provides passengers with 7 inches extra legroom, adjustable headrest, footrest and lumbar support." said Fernando Suarez, General Manager, Greater China & the Philippines for British Airways.

He added, "British Airways is the only international airline to offer 4 distinct cabins on the Hong Kong to London route. Our World Traveller Plus cabin provides an additional choice for the cost conscious business traveller and  the discerning leisure passenger who wants more space and privacy than is offered in traditional economy."

In addition to the extra space, World Traveller Plus also features in-seat power and telephones, seat back video with 12 channels of entertainment, double  hand baggage allowance of up to 12kg and the chance to earn 10% more Asia Miles.

To enjoy all this, PLUS more, passengers must depart Hong Kong before 31st March 2003. Certain terms and conditions apply. For more details and  reservations, call your travel agent or British Airways on (852) 2822 9000.
