Duncan Palmer to leave The Sukhothai for the Langham Hilton in London

Travel News Asia 12 November 2003

Duncan Palmer has resigned from his position of General Manager at the luxurious Sukhothai Hotel in Bangkok.

After a little over a year at the helm of The Sukhothai, Duncan Palmer leaves the hotel at the end of January 2004 to take up the position of General Manager of the 492-room five star Langham Hilton in London.

“We are very sorry to see Duncan go. He has done an excellent job for us and the company is fully behind the directions he has set for the hotel and these will be continued by his successor. We would like to take this opportunity to wish him well in his future position” said T M Cheung, a director of Beaufort Hotels.
