Accor
Asia Pacific has announced the appointment of Daniel Tannenbaum to the position of Director of Sales and Marketing –China.
Daniel has been with
Accor for nine years, most of the time spent in the Pacific Region as Director of Sales
and Marketing at both the hotel level (Sofitel Melbourne) and in a regional
capacity. Most recently he was the opening Director of Sales and Marketing
at the Hotel Sofitel, Chicago.
The new appointment follows Accor’s recent announcement on its most
significant expansion plans in China since it first entered the country’s
hotel market almost two decades ago. Nine new hotels were announced, bringing
Accor’s China network to 26 hotels under operation by the end of 2003 with
five more scheduled to open in 2004. |
