Fiji Airways Extends Validity of Flight Credits
to End-2022
|
Fiji Airways has extended the validity of flight
credits to 31
December 2022.
The extension means that Fiji Airways customers can utilise their flight
credits anywhere on the airline’s network up to 31 December 2022.
The airline suspended scheduled commercial flights
to international destinations in March.
Mr Andre Viljoen, Fiji Airways Managing Director &
CEO said, “This extension offers greater peace of mind to
customers holding credit with Fiji Airways given the prolonged
border closures. Since the beginning of the pandemic, our
objective has been to ensure that our customers’ do not lose the
bookings they have made with us.
“The extension for use of flight credits by
another 12 months will allow them to choose another travel time
that suits their circumstances and requirements. We will
continuously review this policy and make further adjustments if
required.
“We are working tirelessly to
ensure we are ready to return to the skies and welcome back
customers are soon as border restrictions ease and travel can
resume safely,” Mr Viljoen added.
