Dusit has signed a long-term agreement with
Vietnamese real estate developers General Technology Joint Stock
Company to develop and operate a Dusit hotel in the cityís
affluent Tay Ho District, at the northern end of the cityís
largest freshwater lake, West Lake.
Comprising 207 guest rooms, the Dusit Tu Hoa
Palace Hanoi will be located just 30 minutes by car from Noi
Bai International Airport, while Hanoiís Old Quarter, the cityís
business hub and main tourist destination, will be
15 minutes away.
The hotel is scheduled to open in Q4 2023 and will
feature an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop bar, meeting
rooms, and a swimming pool.
Mr Lim Boon Kwee, Chief Operating Officer,
Dusit International, said, ďAs a destination, Hanoi keeps going from
strength to strength. Last year the city welcomed more than 6
million foreign visitors in the first 11 months Ė up 12%
year-on-year. The countryís strong GDP growth rate is also driving
