Air Astana to Resume Flights Between Almaty and Nur-Sultan
Air Astana is to resume fights between Almaty and
Nur-Sultan, the capital city formerly known as Astana.
The national airline of Kazakhstan will initially
operate three flights per day - one in the morning, afternoon and
evening - from 1 May 2020.
Fights will be operated in full compliance with
the precautionary health requirements of Kazakhstan, including obligatory
wearing of masks by both passengers and crew, cabin disinfection
after each flight and social distancing onboard.
Ticket sales and information on flight schedules
are available online or through Air Astana ticketing offices.
Passengers whose flights were cancelled due to
the lockdown on or prior to 11 May can change the departure date or
have a full refund without penalty.
