The 840-room Hotel Alexandra Hong Kong, managed
by Harbour Plaza Hotels and Resorts and scheduled to open
in early 2020, has appointed Daniel Chan as Executive Chef.
Born and bred in Hong Kong, Chef Daniel
discovered his passion for cooking at a very young age and
believes the key to any dish is outsourcing only the freshest and
highest quality produce.
Daniel started his career in 1989 as a Junior
Cook. He earned his stripes over the years working at a number of
hotels in Hong Kong including the Grand Hyatt, Harbour Plaza
Resort City, Hong Kong Disneyland and The Miramar.
Located along the North Point waterfront, Hotel
Alexandra will feature a variety of dining outlets, a fitness
centre, an outdoor swimming pool, 5 customizable meeting rooms and
