Thai Airways Operates Second Repatriation
Flight from London Heathrow

Thai Airways International, in cooperation with
the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Royal Thai Embassy in
London, has repatriated more stranded Thai nationals from the UK
and Ireland.
A total of 250 Thais registered with the
Royal Thai Embassy in London to travel back to Bangkok on 14 June.
TG917 departed from London Heathrow at 21:03 and arrived
in Bangkok at 14:46 the following day.
Physical distancing procedures
were applied to service areas, such as: check-in, passenger boarding,
seat arrangement, inflight meals and disembarkation.
Every passengers’
temperature was also taken after the two meal services, and hand sanitizer
gel was offered to all onboard.
The cabin crew also complied
with stringent safety measures while providing onboard services.
The repatriation flight was the second that Thai
Airways has operated from London Heathrow. The airline has also
flown hundreds of stranded Thai people home from other parts of
the world.
