Vietnam Airlines to Transport Passengers from
Europe to Vietnam
|
After initially announcing that it would suspend
flights between Europe and Vietnam, Vietnam Airlines has since
said that starting from 15 March 2020, the airline will carry
passengers meeting all immigration and health requirements back to
Vietnam on flights departing from London, Paris, and Frankfurt.
Passengers will need to undergo a compulsory
interview and their body temperature will be checked before they
are permitted onto the plane.
Passengers will also be required to wear
face masks and gloves throughout the flights.
Passengers will be subject to ongoing in-flight
health monitoring and post-flight quarantine upon arrival in
Vietnam.
All the flight crew members will be equipped with
specialized medical protective clothing and only drinks and dry
snacks will be served.
The flights will land at predetermined airports in
Vietnam after Vietnam Airlines came to an official decision with
the relevant authorities.
