Important Bangkok Airways Services Unavailable
11-15 July 2019
|
Bangkok Airways' Passenger Service System (PSS)
- including reservations,
ticketing, inventory, and departure control system - will be
unavailable from 19:00 on 13 July 2019 to 06:00 on 14 July 2019
(Thailand time, GMT +7) as the airline migrates its PSS to the Amadeus Altéa Suite.
During
the transition period, flight bookings, flight modifications and self
check-in services on both Bangkok Airways' website and its 1771 call
center,
will not be available.
Also, web check-in, mobile check-in, and
kiosk check-in, will be unavailable from 22:00 on 11 July 2019
until 06:00 on 15 July 2019.
For passengers who would like to book
and/or issue tickets, the airline recommends doing so
before or after the outage periods.
Passengers traveling during the
transition period are encouraged to arrive for check-in at the
airport 2 hours early for
domestic flights and 3 hours early for international flights.
Passengers should also ensure that they have a copy of their
confirmed e-ticket and itinerary.
