Finnair to Transfer Cabin Service on Delhi Route to OSM Aviation

Finnair has confirmed that it will transfer cabin services on its Delhi route to Norway-based OSM Aviation in the last quarter of 2019.

OSM Aviation will be the cabin service provider on that route and all service will be in English. 85% of customers on the Delhi route are international.

The regional cabin crew, employed by Global Aviation and currently operating the cabin services on the Delhi route, will be offered an option to transfer to OSM Aviation.

OSM Aviation has been responsible for the cabin services on Finnairís Singapore and Hong Kong routes since 2015.

"Our customers have been very happy with the service quality in Singapore and Hong Kong flights and we are looking forward to enlarging our partnership in India," said Eveliina Huurre, Finnairís Vice President, Inflight Customer Service.

 Finnair currently has 2230 cabin crew members based in Finland and 180 local Finnair cabin crew members based in Korea, Japan and Spain.
