Narita International Airport has signed a
contract with ICM Airport Technics, an Amadeus company, for the
installation of 72 self-service Auto Bag Drop (ABD) units.
Designed and built by ICM, the Series 7 ABD
units will be progressively rolled out across all 4 terminals of
The multilingual units will improve the efficiency of check-in
and bag drop times for passengers of multiple airlines.
