Philippine Airlines has successfully upgraded
its passenger service system.
Amadeus Altea is now powering PALís IT system,
making it more efficient and reliable for bookings, ticketing,
check-in and boarding.
The system upgrade improves the travelexperienceexperience
for passengersbyby providing:
booking, automated customer preference recognition;
- Better online check-in experience;
service from interline partners; and
- Real-time, personalized alerts
for flight changes, etc.
PAL is accepting bookings,
ticket purchases, rebooking, refunds, purchase of travel extras,
and Mabuhay Miles redemption requests. The MyPAL Upgrade Service and
online check-in, however, will be available by Tuesday, 26 March
