PAL Upgrades Passenger Service System with Amadeus Altea

Philippine Airlines has successfully upgraded its passenger service system.

Amadeus Altea is now powering PALís IT system, making it more efficient and reliable for bookings, ticketing, check-in and boarding.

The system upgrade improves the travelexperienceexperience for passengersbyby providing:

- Easier booking, automated customer preference recognition;
- Faster check-in process;
- Better online check-in experience;
- Seamless service from interline partners; and
- Real-time, personalized alerts for flight changes, etc.

PAL is accepting bookings, ticket purchases, rebooking, refunds, purchase of travel extras, and Mabuhay Miles redemption requests. The MyPAL Upgrade Service and online check-in, however, will be available by Tuesday, 26 March 2019.
