Steven Howard, Founder and Managing Director of, said, "When we started sending out the latest travel industry news by email in 1997 we were the first to offer such a service, but times have changed, and while many of us still use email I know I personally would prefer to receive the latest travel industry news via WhatsApp instead, so that is what we are now offering. There are advantages to the new system. For example, the sender and receiver must have each other's telephone number in their phone to be able to receive the WhatsApp, and this reduces the number of fake subscriptions etc. It is also fast and very easy to manage."

The WhatsApp service is available to all current and new subscribers. If you would like to learn how to subscribe to the free Latest Travel News Daily WhatsApp service, please send us an email or a WhatsApp.

"We have never sold our mailing list, and we are one of the very few media outlets that promises to never send any unsolicited emails to our subscribers - all they receive from us is the latest Daily Travel News service, that's it. This philosophy of protecting our subscribers is extremely important to me and will continue with this new WhatsApp service," Steven Howard added. "With WhatsApp technology there is nowhere to hide, each WhatsApp subscriber knows exactly where the message has originated from, so we cannot say one thing and do another. I like that, and I think our subscribers respect that too."

The company indicated that it also has plans to launch an app, but details and timing of the launch have not yet been announced.
