Scoot Renames Premium Cabin
|
Scoot has renamed its premium inflight
offering, currently known as ScootBiz, to ScootPlus.
The change will come into effective on 2 September
2019.
Following a customer survey conducted on social
media in December 2018, which saw 80% of our customers selecting
inflight Wi-Fi as the preferred form of inflight entertainment,
Scoot has replaced inflight entertainment ScooTV in ScootPlus with
inflight Wi-Fi. ScootPlus now includes a 30MB complimentary
onboard Wi-Fi for each customer.
On the product front, passengers will be able to
enjoy the same leather seats with twice the legroom of an economy seat
and individual in-seat power outlets.
Other perks of ScootPlus
which remain unchanged include a 30kg check-in baggage allowance,
15kg of carry-on baggage as well as seats in the premium
forward cabin on the twin-aisle Boeing 787s.
On the ground, ScootPlus continues to
provide priority check-in and boarding, and allows
customers
to purchase add-on items such as SATS lounge access in Singapore.
