IHG Signs 228-Room Holiday Inn Express Hotel
Near Don Mueang Airport in Bangkok, Thailand

InterContinental Hotels Group has signed a management agreement with Ambience Rangsit U to develop
a 228-room Holiday Inn Express at Don Mueang Airport.
Set to open in 2022, the Holiday Inn Express Don
Mueang Airport hotel will be
built next to the Lak Hok Train Station, one stop away from Don Mueang International Airport and 20 km from the city centre.
The hotel will feature free Wi-Fi throughout the
hotel, a
choice of firm or soft pillows, self-service laundry room, 24-hour fitness centre
and a meeting room.
Clarence
Tan, Managing Director, South East Asia & Korea, IHG said,
“Bangkok was where the Holiday Inn Express brand was launched in
South East Asia back in 2012. Since then the brand has grown from
strength to strength in the capital, across Thailand and globally.
We always look for the right partner and the right location to
grow our brands and are delighted to be working with Ambience Rangsit U Co., Ltd. to open Holiday Inn Express close to Bangkok
Don Mueang.”
IHG currently has six Holiday Inn Express
hotels open in Thailand with a further 10 in the pipeline.
