Investments, has signed its first property in Melbourne,
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2022,
Oakwood Premier Melbourne will be located along the southern banks

154 hotel rooms will cater to
transient travellers on short stays, while the remaining 238
studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 35 to 65
square metres, will be for mid to long-term stays.
