Concierge Team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has Three Les Clefs dOr Members

The Concierge team at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay has three officially recognised Les Clefs dOr members, making Khalil Al Yaman, Saleha Al Wazzan and Ali Radhi one of the most qualified hotel concierge teams in the Middle East.

No other hotel in the region has three Les Clefs dOr concierge members.

 We are really honoured to have three Les Clefs dOr members that present Hotel guests the very best insights into exploring extraordinary Bahrain, said Richard Raab, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay.

Spearheaded by Chef Concierge Khalil Al Yaman, the team is made up of dedicated individuals who have each attained titles that had not previously been achieved in Bahrain. Khalil Al Yaman is the founder and re-elected President of the Bahrain Hotels Concierge Group. Saleha Al Wazzan (pictured), Concierge Agent, is the first female Bahraini Les Clefs dOr concierge member. Ali Radhi, Concierge Supervisor, received the coveted golden Les Clefs dOr keys last year, making him the first Bahraini national to accomplish this amazing feat.

Al Yaman said, Working for a Four Seasons Concierge team is a dream come true. Representing the brand is not only my dream, it is a dream for any hotelier who aspires to present guests the best possible experiences. Being a part of this amazing icon, Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, will always be a major milestone in my career. A Les Clefs dOr member must be mindfully creative. We must think out of the box to make sure we exceed our guests expectations. We always need to achieve a guests objectives, even when circumstances may be challenging.

Al Yaman is an inspiration for Saleha Al Wazzan. After becoming the first official female Bahraini national to wear the golden keys she said, I am very proud to receive this recognition and title. It was not an easy journey. It is very hard work and you need patience, perseverance and to be extremely attentive at all times. My dream for the future is to be a Chef Concierge.

In the 1980s, Four Seasons was the first hotel company to introduce European-style concierge services to North America, employing concierges company-wide and setting a new standard for hotel services in the process.
