Bangkok Airways Launches Call Center Check-In Service

Bangkok Airways has launched a “Call Center Check-in” service.

The new service is free of charge and is available for all domestic passengers in Thailand.

Passengers who are interested in using the new service can call the 24-hour Bangkok Airways Call Center number, 1771.

Passengers are requested to check-in no more than 24 hours in advance and not less than 2 hours prior to departure.

Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, President of Bangkok Airways, said, “Bangkok Airways always strives to enhance every passenger’s journey. We have been committed to developing innovative systems and new technology to make our passenger flying experience even more convenient. Our new Call Center Check-in service is believed to help facilitate those passengers who would like to expedite their check-in process at the airport."
