Sangjay Choegyal has been appointed as General Manager of the highly anticipated Shinta Mani Wild – Bensley Collection, a luxury tented camp scheduled to open in November 2018.

“I am absolutely thrilled to join Shinta Mani Hotels and to be chosen to manage this incredible property which has already been touted as one of the most highly anticipated hotel openings in the world for 2018 by Forbes magazine,” said Sangjay. “It addition to the fact that this property will be unlike any other in Asia, I’m particularly excited about the conservation work we will be doing with local partners to protect this wildlife corridor from poaching, mining and logging.”

Shinta Mani Wild – Bensley Collection is a radical new concept for a unique luxury tented camp experience within the remote wilderness of the Southern Cardamom National Park, three hours’ drive from Phnom Phenh.

The property is located along 1.5 kilometres of river in an 800-hectare private nature sanctuary. The camp will feature fifteen 100sqm custom designed tents elevated over the swift moving water and waterfalls. Each tent will be designed to invoke the feeling of being on a glamorous 1960s luxury safari.
