Biman Bangladesh Airlines Takes Delivery of First Boeing 787 Dreamliner

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has taken delivery of its first Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

 The Boeing 787-8 aircraft, which landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on 19 August 2018, will initially be used to operate flights from Dhaka to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

 The plane is the 15th aircraft in Biman's fleet and has 24 Business Class seats and 247 Economy Class seats.

Reservations for both the Dhaka - Kuala Lumpur and Dhaka - Singapore flights are now open, with service scheduled to commence on 1 September 2018.
