Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur Opens 440-sqm Presidential Suite

The Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur has opened a 440-square metre Presidential Suite, one of the largest in the Malaysian capital.

Each room of the penthouse suite offers sweeping views of KLCC Park or the city’s iconic Petronas Twin Towers.

A welcoming entry foyer leads to the suite’s office and leisure lounge, ideal for private business meetings. When the meetings are finished, a mixologist can prepare cocktails and beverages at a bar handcrafted from Italian marble, while a high definition smart TV and top-of-the-line Apple iMac provide entertainment options and easy access to what’s happening in the world.

With seating for up to 12 guests, the suite’s dining salon offers views of the Twin Towers, a spectacular setting for stylish entertaining. Using its fully equipped open show kitchen, the hotel’s chefs can prepare exquisite cuisine complemented with fine vintages from the suite’s temperature and humidity controlled private wine cooler. Bespoke tableware from top French porcelain producer, Legle, includes 200 Sublime Series handcrafted pieces designed for cuisines ranging from western gastronomy to exotic Southeast Asian fare.
