Communal areas will include The Link, a co-working space with cluster

monitors. The Commons, featuring a variety of different areas to
relax and take a break from studying will have gaming, screening and a juice bar.
A fully-equipped fitness club will also be accessible for students
to stay fit and healthy. Several communal kitchens and a BBQ rooftop will complement the community areas accessible exclusively
to Campus Perth residents.
A dedicated Campus Guru will be
on hand to help foster a community atmosphere with a schedule of
