Zest Signs Hotel in Manado, Indonesia

Zest Hotel International has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with PT Renee Cemerlang for the management a new hotel in  Manado, Indonesia.

 Due to be completed in 2019, Zest Hotel Manado will be an 120-room budget hotel offering one dining outlet, three meeting rooms and a range of other facilities for business meetings and social events.

The signing ceremony was attended by PT Renee Cemerlang President Director – Bapak Ramish Hasmana and Director – Gandhi Fernando, Swiss-Belhotel International Senior Vice President of Operations and Development for Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Zest Hotel International CEO – Mr. Emmanuel Guillard, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communication - Ms. Linie Cortez Palacio, and Zest Hotel International’s Regional Director of Project and Operations, Bapak Denny Jatnika. CEO of Zest Hotel International, Mr Emmanuel Guillard, said, “The cool, comfortable, convenient and connected Zest Hotel Manado will complete the group’s brand collection in North Sulawesi. Our four-star hotel Swiss-Belhotel Maleosan Manado, has been operating since 2008 and has become one of the group’s success stories in East Indonesia. Zest Hotel Manado is expected to open by 2019 and it will provide affordable yet comfort accommodation for discerning leisure and business travellers to the region.”

Swiss-Belhotel International’s Chairman and President, Mr. Gavin M. Faull, said, “Zest Hotel International is steadily strengthening its presence in Indonesia with 15 Zest Hotels expected to be open across the country by the end of 2019.
