Mirjam van den Berg has been appointed as Vice
President of Customer Operations at Travix.
Mirjam will have international
responsibility for further optimising the customer services
strategy of all Travix brands, including CheapTickets.

In order to maintain this advantage in a market where the customer
is becoming increasingly demanding, we must continue to respond
innovatively to the customer’s desires," said Travix CEO, John
Mirjam has previously worked with organisations
like TNT, ACN Europe, DHL
"I’m very much looking forward to getting
started at Travix, and to learning more about both the business
and the world of travel. I see it as a fantastic challenge to take
our customer experiences to an even higher level, so that we can
really lead the online travel industry in that area," Mirjam said.
